As Programme Manager (UK), James is responsible for the day-to-day operational running of the programme, the development of the graduate teams and supporting the on-going strategic development of the Foundation.

James is a Management graduate with 20 years’ experience in the hotel and travel sectors, specialising in digital marketing, project management and development/implementation of CRM, email, web, e-commerce and reservation systems.
